The best thing to do is single 0, regardless of you marital status. This will take the most taxes out and make sure you have enough withholding for the year.
-Please note that when you check Married it accounts for a spouse, so you are claiming an additional person. Which means you'll get more in your check but you will have less withholding paid in at the end of the year.
